Do I need a sender name to send SMS in Jordan?

Yes. Your messages are sent under an approved sender name, usually your brand. You request it from your Robocast workspace and our team handles the review before you start sending.

How many characters fit in one Arabic SMS?

One SMS holds 70 characters in Arabic or 160 characters in English. Longer messages are split into parts of 67 Arabic or 153 English characters, and each part counts as one message.

How much does bulk SMS cost in Jordan?

Can I send a different message to each customer?
